One to One tuition, stress reduction, coaching and therapy

 

We offer personalised support in a one to one setting. This can be a very effective way to work with particular personal issues and situations where you feel stuck or challenged. You may also just prefer to work in a one-to-one setting as opposed to groups ettings. Some people may not have the time or ability to attend scheduled classes, courses or workshops. If any of these are the case, then our one-to-one sessions are available for you.

One to one sessions are available in person, or by internet video calling (Skype, etc). Telephone sessions are also available.

Stress and Anxiety Reduction

An opportunity to work with an experienced and qualified teacher and practitioner in a one-to-one setting. Using modern, secular mindfulness and meditation-based approaches, find new ways to work through difficulties and discover a renewed sense of health, happiness and well-being.

Developing a Healthy Relationship with Yourself, Your Mind and Your Thoughts

One of the many ways that mindfulness practices are highly effective is in helping us to develop a healthier, more balanced relationship with our mind and thoughts. In as few as four sessions, we can help you to utilise mindfulness and meditation to create a happier, healthier relationship with yourself, your mind and your thoughts.

Self-Compassion and Self-Acceptance

We specialise in self-compassion and self-acceptance practices. Through effective mindfulness and meditation practices, we can help you to quickly overcome feelings of inner conflict, self-doubt, and self-criticism, and move forward towards a friendly, kind and nurturing relationship with yourself.

Working with Physical and Emotional Pain

Using mindfulness and compassion-based approaches, we can teach you new, highly effective ways to work with physical and emotional pain, including long term and chronic health conditions. Mindfulness-based approaches can produce hugely transformative results for people suffering from physical and emotional pain.

 

Although, single and occasional one to one session bookings can be made, these sessions are most effective in blocks of 4 or more sessions. Bulk bookings discounts are available.
