Mindfulness for Stress Taster Session
In January I will once again run the world-renowned eight week Mindfulness for Stress Course, devised and accredited by Breathworks CIC, in Liverpool. If you would like to experience a little of what the course has to offer before deciding whether or not to commit to the eight week journey, please join me for this taster session.
The mindfulness teachings and techniques contained within the course are some of the most useful life skills that anyone can learn. During this 90 minute session we will learn and practice a selection of them, so that you can experience the nourishing effects of mindfulness for yourself. Whether you are suffering from stress or not, there is a lot to gain.
